We will endeavour to deliver your order between 2-3 working days from your order confirmation.
We will contact you within 48 hours of placement of your order if there are any issues relating to it.

All orders over 25Kgs will be calculated by weight and shown at checkout.
Punch bags are subject to carriage dependant on number and weight.
Standard single items P+P charge £6.00, 2 items or more £8.00. These delivery charges apply to UK customers only. Non-UK customers will need to contact us by phone or email regarding delivery charges.
If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard time please call us to discuss a next day delivery service.

Returns
Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. Cobra Sports Ltd reserves the right to refuse to refund goods being of non-resalable quality. Refund will be for the value of the goods and not include carriage. All costs of returning the goods must be accepted by the customer and we accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Cobra Sports Ltd. For your protection we would advise you to send returned goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. Exchanges will be subject to an exchange charge of £6.00 for 1 items and £8.00 for 2 or more items, this includes p&p, handling and insurance. For proven faulty returns Cobra Sports Ltd will bear the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer should include original invoice and description of fault and should specify whether a refund or replacement is required.This does not affect your statutory rights.
